The Problem

Large Language Models excel at generating code quickly, but they operate entirely on statistical probabilities and their latent vocabulary. When unleashed on an enterprise codebase with only natural language requirements, AI agents and internal engineering Copilots confidently invent parallel business logic and data models. This creates 'shadow schemas' that violate core architectural rules, fracture your enterprise platform, and break critical customer workflows.

The Solution

I install a permanent Ontology-Grounded capability that systemically prevents AI-generated business logic errors before they bottleneck your pull requests. By extracting your core domain rules into a machine-readable LinkML ontology and injecting it directly into your AI workflow (whether using agentic CLIs or Specification-Driven Development frameworks), we establish absolute Domain Ontology Authority.

Why This Works

Optimized DORA Metrics (Lead Time & CFR): By eliminating the rework cycles and PR bottlenecks caused by hallucinated business logic, this semantic baseline directly accelerates your Lead Time for Changes and minimizes your Change Failure Rate.
Elimination of Shadow Schemas: By forcing absolute Domain Ontology Authority, unauthorized data structures or conflicting schemas trigger immediate compilation and linting failures during local prompt evaluation, stopping technical debt before the agent even drafts the pull request.
Frictionless Collaboration, Onboarding, & DevEx: Product managers, platform architects, developers, and autonomous agents finally share a unified, unambiguous vocabulary. This queryable semantic foundation radically accelerates new developer onboarding and enhances daily DevEx, instantly clarifying complex domain boundaries during reviews.
Optimized Unit Economics & Latency: By providing a machine-enforced conceptual contract, coding models no longer waste massive context windows and expensive 'thinking loops' trying to deduce your application logic. This drastically reduces token burn per agentic loop, safely routing execution to smaller, highly efficient language models, slashing AI infrastructure costs and accelerating time-to-first-token.

Methodology & Timeline

Delivery Mechanics for the 2-week sprint:

1

Targeted Domain Extraction

A highly-focused, interactive remote session with your cross-functional engineering and product leads to extract and formalize the core concepts around a high-value product or platform domain, resolving semantic conflicts.
2

Rapid Metamodeling & Extension Engineering

I write and compile the core LinkML domain schema and configure the customized agentic workflow setup, tailoring the automated prompt validation hooks and capabilities to your existing developer environment.
3

Air-Gapped Delivery & Zero-Access Integration

I don't require access to your live CI/CD pipelines, internal networks, or sensitive source code. The compiled ontology and semantic execution hooks are delivered as self-contained, machine-readable artifacts acting as a localized, drop-in extension. This entirely air-gapped approach bypasses traditional InfoSec bottlenecks and vendor risk assessments.
4

Handover, Runbook, & Implementation Alignment

A direct engineering deep-dive to embed the semantic extension into your team's day-to-day workflow. Alongside the live handover, I deliver a definitive Zero-Friction Integration Runbook, the exact step-by-step IDE instructions your engineers need to wire the air-gapped ontology into their local workflows within minutes.

What You Walk Away With

Core Deliverables owned by your engineering team at the end of the sprint:

The Local Domain Ontology Baseline: A machine-readable, open-standard LinkML schema defining 8 to 12 Core Operational Entities and their strict relationships. Guided by the Ontology Purity Principle, this ontology strictly isolates business-level logic from messy application-layer infrastructure.
The Grounded AIDLC Configuration Package: A customized asset package (integrating natively with environments like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or SpecKit) where your local ontology acts as the foundational governance layer. I deliver the exact, drop-in configuration files (e.g., custom .cursorrules or agent system prompts) that instantly mandate ontological backing.
Executable Semantic Foundation: Using the ontology as a single source of truth for generating harness assets downstream. I configure standard LinkML generators so your team can seamlessly output downstream specifications (e.g., JSON schemas, OpenAPI specs) directly from the ontology.
Semantic Execution Hooks: Active enforcement scripts and local linters built directly for your AI CLIs and agentic orchestration layers. The engine automatically intercepts execution, loads the relevant ontology segments, and validates compliance before any code is generated.
Agentic Skills for Governance and Developer Enablement: Custom agentic skills that empower your Copilots to assist senior engineers in updating and versioning the LinkML schema. Additionally, localized contextual skills allow junior developers to interactively explore domain rules, gaining immediate clarity on architectural boundaries without requiring constant manual oversight from your platform team.

Financial Structure & Authorization

Investment is €19,500 (Excl. VAT). The engagement launches on the mutually agreed date specified in the SOW, unlocking immediate architectural safety for your engineering team.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Outputs vs. Engine IP Model: The client retains 100% ownership of all customized deliverables (the compiled LinkML Domain Ontology, the repository configurations, and local AI-Accelerated Development extensions). Arvoan retains exclusive ownership of its Background IP (the proprietary modeling methodology and base semantic prompt architectures), granting the client a perpetual license to utilize these embedded tools for internal operations.

Operational Assumptions: Maintaining the fixed-scope 2-week delivery timeline is contingent upon the availability of your designated engineering stakeholders and a maximum 48-hour turnaround on intermediate schema reviews. Any review cycles exceeding this 48-hour SLA will automatically extend the final sprint delivery date by an equal duration to protect the integrity of the architecture.
