The Problem

Large Language Models excel at generating code quickly, but they operate entirely on statistical probabilities and their latent vocabulary. When unleashed on an enterprise codebase with only natural language requirements, AI agents and internal engineering Copilots confidently invent parallel data models and logic that looks almost right. This creates shadow schemas that violate your business logic and core architectural rules, fracture your enterprise platform, and introduce unacceptable compliance risks.

The Solution

I bridge the gap between probabilistic AI reasoning and deterministic software delivery. By extracting your core domain rules into a machine-readable LinkML ontology and injecting it directly into your AI workflow (whether using AI-Accelerated tools like Claude Code or Specification-Driven Development frameworks like SpecKit), we establish absolute Domain Ontology Authority.

Why This Works

Accelerated Feature Velocity & Cost Optimization: Less rework and fewer PR bottlenecks means your engineering team can focus on high-value work. Coding models no longer waste massive context windows trying to deduce application logic. You can safely route complex coding workflows to smaller, faster, and vastly cheaper models without degrading reliability.
Removing Semantic Drift and Hallucinations: Semantic drift, ambiguous concepts, unauthorized data structures or conflicting schemas trigger immediate semantic linting failures, stopping technical debt before it reaches production.
Seamless Human-Agent Collaboration: Product managers, developers, platform architects, and autonomous coding agents finally share a unified, un-ambiguous vocabulary, ensuring that business intent is preserved perfectly across every handoff. To prevent maintenance bottlenecks, I deliver Agentic Skills that automatically identify and draft required ontology updates for human review.

Methodology & Timeline

Delivery Mechanics for the 2-week sprint:

1

Targeted Domain Extraction

A highly-focused, interactive Domain Extraction session with your cross-functional engineering and product leads to extract and formalize the core concepts around your high-value use case, resolving semantic conflicts.
2

Rapid Metamodeling & Extension Engineering

Writing and compiling the LinkML ontology, and engineering the customized setup. Tailoring e.g., automated prompt validation hooks, slash commands, or extensions to your existing environment (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub SpecKit).
3

Handover & Implementation Alignment

A direct engineering deep-dive to embed the new repository structure into your team's day-to-day workflow, proving the system's ability to steer AI agents with absolute determinism.

What You Walk Away With

Core Deliverables owned by your engineering team at the end of the sprint:

The Local Domain Ontology Baseline: A machine-readable, open-standard LinkML specification defining 8 to 12 Core Operational Entities and their strict relationships with customized annotations to your primary use case.
Targeted Development Workflow Integration: A customized setup for AI-Accelerated Development (AIDLC) or Specification-Driven Development (SDD) where your local ontology acts as the foundational governance layer, mandating ontological grounding.
Executable Semantic Foundation: Integration of the native LinkML ecosystem. I document and configure standard LinkML generators so your engineering team can seamlessly output downstream specifications (e.g., JSON schemas, OpenAPI specs) directly from the ontology, establishing Domain Ontology Authority without the need for custom tooling.
Semantic Validation Hooks: Automated pre-execution hooks and semantic linters built for your development workflow to intercept AI tasks, load relevant ontology segments, and validate compliance before any code is generated.
Agentic Skills for Iterative Ontology Maintenance: A custom AI capability that automatically identifies missing concepts during execution and drafts the required changes to the LinkML ontology, ensuring continuous, low-friction maintenance of your semantic foundation.

Financial Structure & Authorization

Investment is €19,500 (Excl. VAT). The engagement launches on the mutually agreed date specified in the SOW, unlocking immediate architectural safety for your engineering team.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Outputs vs. Engine IP Model: The client retains 100% ownership of all customized deliverables (the compiled LinkML Domain Ontology, the repository configurations, and local AI-Accelerated Development extensions). Arvoan retains exclusive ownership of its Background IP (the proprietary modeling methodology and base semantic prompt architectures), granting the client a perpetual license to utilize these embedded tools for internal operations.

Operational Assumptions: Maintaining the fixed-scope 2-week delivery timeline is contingent upon daily asynchronous availability of your designated engineering stakeholders and a maximum 24-hour turnaround on intermediate schema reviews.
