  • Automate Expansion: We deploy The Expansion Engine to build the "Whale Detectors" and Product-Qualified Account (PQA) scoring logic that tells your sales team exactly which accounts to call, and when.
  • Operationalize Retention: If your data isn't ready for expansion, we deploy The Activation Engine to clean up your data debt and track the specific "Team Habits" that actually predict long-term account health.

Because I work with your most sensitive customer data, I don't take shortcuts. My academic background means I treat data security with scientific discipline. I operate on a strict "Zero-Trust" protocol, using AES-256 encrypted local partitions and secure drop zones to ensure your data is protected as a liability while I turn it into an asset.

My advice isn't theoretical. I am also the founder of GrowthCues, a warehouse-native product intelligence engine. I am building the tool that automates the very logic I deploy for my consulting clients.
